The hotel offered a disappointing room experience with poor lighting, lack of ventilation, and a stinky, stuffy environment. Privacy was lacking, and the view was not as expected. However, the service was excellent with a cooperative and responsive staff. The location was unbeatable, offering a lovely hill view in Madikeri. The dining options were good but somewhat limited.
The hotel's rooms were very comfortable for our late-night stay, although some amenities were unavailable. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant last-minute experience. The location was wonderful, well-maintained, and offered indoor games for entertainment.
